MLTC Club Notices 07/12/2023

Newsletter  7th December 2023

Dear Members

As we approach the Festive Season I just wanted to update members on a couple of areas.

Firstly as you will have all seen, the work on the ramp and disability access has commenced and we hope to see good progress on this in the coming weeks. I would like to acknowledge in particular the role the Buildings Sub-group has played in getting this project over the line. Their work and expertise has been invaluable to the club and they have given significantly of their time. Our thanks goes to Declan Cotter, Andrew O’Kelly, Clodagh Murray and Tiernan McCarthy.

The AGM is scheduled to be held on Wed 21st February 2024 and it is at that point that the roles of the current committee will transition to a new executive committee. This is a slight change to our traditional AGM being held in November but as we have now changed the financial year to run from Jan to Dec the date of the AGM has changed to correspond with this. Thanks to the current captains and the committee members who have agreed to extend their tenure for an additional 3 months!!

Denise

(President)
