MLTC Lockdown Fitness Challenge

We are launching a fitness challenge for our adult members to take part in, to keep you all fit for when we return to tennis. We hope to see as many entries as possible, please click  HERE  to enter and complete form by Monday 8th February. 

Starts on Thursday 11th Feb and runs for 4 weeks, ending on Thursday 11th March.

How it works: Each team will be assigned a Captain and the objective is for each team to accumulate KMs (kilometres). The team with the most KMs at the end of the challenge is the winner.

Guidelines:

  • Please keep track of your daily kms and send to your captain for the previous week. Your captain will remind you each week.

  • Everything is an honour system so we are taking everyone at their word.

  • We recommend the following apps: Stride kick or Strava to track your running / walking KMs but it is not essential to have an app to take part!
