Welcome back to you all! It is so uplifting to see so many smiling faces enjoying their game of tennis. Helen has put up a reminder on the Website re the current Guidelines, so please just refresh yourself with them.

Another casualty of Covid is the Mens Christmas dinner. Tom Mullett organised the inaugural dinner last year, which was a resounding success...in actual fact it was the last function in the tennis club that our dear friend Brendan attended RIP. Tom is mustard keen to use the word "postpone" rather than "cancel!"....so it will happen.

Even though there is no Ladies Christmas party either this year, the Committee is still keen to make a monetary donation from the Ladies of MLTC...a very generous gesture.

If anyone would like to donate they can do so via Revolut (Colette Langan account) or alternatively drop an envelope marked "St. Vincent de Paul" into the office. Many thanks.

Re Flood Light cards...Hewetts Newsagent in Monkstown Village still very kindly have them for purchase...I have a stock of them here in the office and you can call me and I can leave your requirement on the Notice Board if you can't get to Hewetts.

The following information is for Family / Junior members re the Junior Hitting sessions next week.

Anne Crossan has attached a wonderfully detailed document of the bookings for next week (Mon 7th- Thurs 10th Dec). You will note all requests have been accommodated. There are still a few spaces available.. but please note that the MAXIMUM for each session (bar Monday 3 -4 pm) is 18...so first come first served - the deadline being tomorrow Friday @ 6pm...but PLEASE make it very clear as to what your requirement is. For week one, full payment (5 euro per hour) should be in an envelope with the child's name when signing in.

The new deadline for the week commencing 14th Dec is Monday next 7th Dec. Feel free to make more than one booking....but be aware that we may not be able to facilitate you. Again PLEASE be very clear when booking. Thanks a mil!
