Hi Folks!

Oh to be a Junior! With no adult tennis permitted, the club is a buzz with Juniors. The Tennis / Training sessions have proved a godsend for the kids...and their parents!!.

A big debt of gratitude to the Coaches - Stephen, Mickeymac, Adrienne and Karen and the Hitters - Alex, Ben, Lucy, Julie, Conor and Jack for their commitment throughout the week...not over yet!

There will be NO Junior tennis coaching on Sunday next, 1st November, with Squad / Group coaching recommencing after the mid term break on Monday next 2nd Nov....same days / times as before.

Just a reminder that the AGM of the tennis club will take place on Wednesday, 11th November at 8pm. Given current restrictions, it will take place over Zoom and participants are limited to 100, including the Executive.

The deadline to register for the AGM is Wednesday, 4th November. Given the virtual nature of the AGM, members who wish to add any other business to the Agenda should please send details in advance of the AGM.

We're looking for a Volunteer to join the Executive Committee to assist with Club Safety matters. We have an updated Safety Document recently commissioned from a company specialising in Health + Safety and are keen to implement key recommendations. This role would suit a Member with some background knowledge / interest in safety. for a chat about the role (without commitment!) please contact Karen Ivory. Thank you.

How unlucky is poor Garry...playing the rugby of his life...actually at scrum half minutes before his awful injury.... to deprive him of playing in the crucial match in Paris on Saturday...Gutted for you Garry!
