Winter League Coaching

In advance of the Winter League which starts on the 30th of January, the captains have organised the following League Squad coaching sessions with Stephen

Ladies Winter League Coaching

Class 5-6                         7 to 8pm          (Monday 17th / Monday 24th / Monday 31st)

Class 3-4 (and above)   9 to 10pm         (Monday 17th / Monday 24th / Monday 31st)

Sessions can be booked individually on Easy Payments at €10 per session.  Note:  We will be introducing further league coaching sessions and we will let you know as soon as we can.

Men’s Winter League Coaching

League Coaching           8  to 9pm         (Monday 17th / Monday 24th)

There is a limited number of additional places available for the Men’s league coaching on Monday 17th and Monday 24th January.   These sessions may now be booked individually on Easy Payments at €10 per session.
