2024 Membership Subscriptions

Dear Member,

We are looking forward to the run up to Christmas and the prospect of a healthy and Happy New Year.

We are writing to notify you of the 2024 Annual Membership Subscriptions review.  Your continued support over the last number of years has enabled the Club to weather the storm caused by the pandemic and ongoing economic challenges.   Your subscription ensures that we can continue to provide a full range of tennis activities and to maintain, protect and develop our courts, clubhouse, and grounds.   We are looking forward to the 2024 tennis year with enthusiasm and the Committee greatly appreciates the ongoing support that you show to the Club.

I am pleased to confirm that the Executive Committee has reviewed the financials for the 2023 year and the operating requirements for 2024 and has agreed to:

·       maintain the annual subscriptions with no increases for the 2024 year

·       continue to provide choice and the opportunity for payment of the annual subscriptions both in full and by instalments

·       continue to provide the opportunity to move from one membership category to another to reflect your current participation in the club  

Due to the change of Financial Year to the end of the calendar year, we are bringing forward the written requests (invoices) for your annual subscription to December, these will be issued in week 1 and 2 December, with request for payment with a deadline of 16 February 2024.

Please find attached our 2024 annual subscriptions for your information.

Once you have received your invoice, we would appreciate it if you would confirm as soon as possible if there has been any change to your current membership, whether you intend to change membership category or if you do not intend to renew your membership.   This will provide the opportunity to update our records and consider the applications of potential new members to the club. 

Method of Payment:

·       There are 3 methods of payment for most membership categories:

1.     Payment in Full  - pay by Easy Payments or Bank Transfer

2.     Instalment Option 1 – 3 payments on 28/01 - 28/03 through Easy Payments only, there is a small admin fee for this option

3.     Instalment Option 2 – 9 payments on 28/01 – 28/09 through Easy Payments only, there is a small admin fee for this option

·       Please note that if you wish to pay by instalments then you will have up until  27th January to avail of the plan.   If you miss that date, then the instalment fee will no longer be available to pay and you will have to pay your membership subscription in full.  (Instalments are run automatically and you will receive an email 5 days before the next instalment is due to be drawn).  Please note that we are not in a position to accept cash payments. 

·       The following membership categories are full annual payment only:

·       Pavilion

·       Country / Overseas

·       Tennis Ireland Capitation Fee for Life, Over 80’s and Complimentary Members

·       Leave of Absence

·       All memberships and payment options must be selected by the 16 February 2024

·       If you do not already have an account on Easy Payments and have a family membership, please set up one family account, add all members of your family that you wish to include - Parents / Guardians should key in their details before adding the children    

·       For Parents / Guardians of Junior members, please select the Parent / Guardian (Junior Membership) option, register as the parent  / guardian and then select Junior Membership to add a child.
