MULTI-TALENTED COACHES!

Well done to coach Jana Langford who not only coaches tennis, but also volleyball!

She has been coaching the Rockford Manor Volleyball Team and has lead them to National success!

Rockford manor won the U16s all Ireland  final that took place in NUIG Galway in January.

The U19s team came 4th and went on to enter the shield, which they also won.

Currently there are on going junior championships (1st, 2nd years) taking place and Rockford  A team is in the semi-finals stages with finals being played on the 8th May in the UL arena.

Fingers crossed for the triple crown for the Rockford Manor school!
