Club Night
Give the sofa a break and come along to Club night from 8pm this evening. 

This is a great way to play with people other than your 'usuals' and to play mixed tennis. Stephen will start off the session with coaching and games. 

All welcome -players at every level can join in, its free and no bookings, partner or light card needed. And the weather is forecast to be dry and mild too. See you there!

  

Men’s morning

Men’s morning will be from 10am to 12 as normal this week. Do come to enjoy a game and a cuppa after!

  

League Balls Reminder

We would like to remind members that the €10 Tennis Balls fee for Senior, Junior, Floodlit and Charity League is now due. Please can you pay through Easy Payments where each specific league is noted. Many Thanks

  

LADIES’ COMMITTEE NEWS

 

Charity League

Our teams continue to play in the charity league with wins all round this week for Fiona O’Sullivan’s team, Miriam Mc Manus team and Marie McCullagh team. Best of luck to all our teams for the remaining matches

  

Ladies’ Social Tennis Wednesday Mornings in November and December

 

The Wednesday social tennis morning continues until December. We are seeking volunteers to host over the next few weeks so please put forward your name for one of the dates. 

  

Ladies’ Christmas Party

Tickets for this very popular event are selling quickly!  The Ladies’ Christmas Party  will take place on the night of Friday, November 25th  7pm,  Tickets cost €39 per person and include a 3-course meal and a glass of bubbly. Be sure to order early to avoid disappointment, as tickets are expected to sell out!

  

JUNIOR NEWS

  

U/14s League

The u14 boys played in the playoffs last Sunday.  Unfortunately they were just pipped by the Carrickmines 1 team.  The Team on the day was Tate Tomkin-Beddy & Sean Carney,  Ethan Sheridan and Ben Woods, Luke O’Callaghan & Paddy Mullaney. Congrats to all that have taken part.

  

U/18s League

U18s played brilliantly in the playoffs on Sunday last but unfortunately lost to Shankill 1.
The Team on the day was Isobel Blake, Grace Cleary, Ella Blake and Lily Cleary. Well done to all the who played on the team for getting that far. 

  

U/18s Stars and Stripes

This is a very popular event for local clubs and we will host the U/18s Tournament from 6 – 9pm this Friday. Good luck and enjoy to all involved!

  

Green Ball Matchplay

Reminder:  Green Ball Matchplay from 4-6 this Friday

Junior Xmas Tournament will be on Friday 16th December 4 – 6pm, details to follow.
