MLTC Club Notices 4th August 2022
Message from MLTC President Denise Cooney
Kevin O’Toole RIP
It is with great sadness that we share with members that our lovely member Kevin O’Toole passed away on Tuesday evening following a short illness. He has been a regular in the club for so many years playing in particular on Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday mornings. He was always a handy player and I remember fondly the lovely glass dish that I won with Kevin in 1997 for the Sunday Brunch. Kevin loved his travels to Collioure in France, cycling and his boules, he was also an artist painting lovely pictures from his travels. He will be missed by all the members and we send our deepest condolences to his wife Gemma, and to his daughters Denise and Daisy and all his extended family at this very sad time. Qu'il repose en paix.
Denise

This is an appeal for good quality sports equipment – particularly football boots in good condition for kids/young adults in Ballymun. Please keep any unwanted or replaced equipment and they can be dropped into MLTC where our member Catherine Keane will collect for this very worthy appeal.
