2023 SPORTS CAPITAL GRANTS
The Committee are delighted to inform you that we were successful our appeal for a grant to renew our Courts and Court Fencing.. We have been awarded €133,614 which will cover the bulk of the costs.

LADIES FLOODLIGHT LEAGUE - Report
Floodlight League reached its conclusion for MLTC last night as team 2 lost to celbridge 1 in the class 3 quarterfinal last night.
Our team captained by Isabelle Blake put up a brave fight against very strong competition.
Nonetheless it has been a fantastic league for this team, reaching the quarterfinal and finishing 7th out of 42 clubs in class 3. Well done to everyone Isabelle, Nicole O 'Connell, Ciara MacKenna, Elizabeth McGee and supported along the way by Lydia O'Connell, Karen MacKenna and Jana Stevenson Next time!

MEN’S COACHING – Monday Evenings
A reminder that coaching for class 4 to class 7 players runs every Monday evening at 9pm. Next session will be on Monday November 18th. New members / players are always welcome - come along and give it a go!! The younger lads are welcome too!! The dads might even bring their sons along! Any questions - please contact men's captain Declan .
U14’s STARS & STRIPES
Best of luck to our U14’s Stars and Stripes team who are into the Final of the Stars & Stripes Shield and will take on Blackrock in Sandycove on Saturday at 5pm.
U18’s GIRLS DLTC LEAGUE
Best of luck to our U18’s Girls Team 1 this weekend. They have had a super run in their league campaign and have reached the final. They will take on Carrickmines in Glenageary at 10am on Sunday.
JUNIOR DLTC LEAGUE
Well done to all our juniors who have participated recently in League campaigns at U18, U14 and U12 age levels.
A special shoutout to out U18 Boys Team 1 who had a great campaign and were very unlucky last weekend losing in the semifinal to a very strong Glasnevin team.
CHARITY LEAGUE
All 5 of the Charity League teams played this week. We had 2 wins gaining 7 points for MLTC.
LADIES MORNING
Ladies Morning next week is kindly hosted by Mary Denvir and Gay Gilmartin,
CLUB NIGHT – Thursday Evenings
Club night as usual this evening so do come along anytime between 8pm and 10pm for a social game, and Stephen will get things started at 8pm!
MEN’S MORNING – Sunday Mornings
Men's tennis morning on this Sunday morning 10am to 12. Do come down and have a hit and a coffee!
UPDATE FROM STEPHEN
A big shout out to our Girls' u/18 1st team on reaching the Final of the Junior League.
They play Carrickmines 1st on Sunday next in Glenageary @ 10am.
Congrats to Zoe (Capt.) & Isobel Craig, Clara Mc Gannon & Amelia Kelly on their super semi final win last Sunday. To get to the final there were lots of subs who helped along the way....Freya Claffey - Millie Aherne - Ruby Barry - Emilie & Zoe Roberts - Robyn Mc Cambridge - Emily Blake - & Anna Hayes.
I've left no one out!
Tough luck to the Boys' U/18 who were pipped in their Semi...great to get that far lads.
Our Ladies 2nd Floodlight league team came up against a strong Celbridge team on Tuesday & just lost out for a place in the Semis.
Very best of luck to the Girls in the u/18 Final.
