LIGHT CARDS a reminder of how the system works
A reminder – Light cards supplied in envelopes on noticeboard are really for emergency use.
In general please purchase your cards in advance – The easiest option is to pay for your cards on Easy Payments and the cards will then be left on the noticeboard for you.
Alternatively, cards can be purchased from Hewetts Newsagent Monkstown, or from the office Mon to Fri 9am – 1pm.
If you have forgotten to purchase light card then 1 can be used from the envelopes on the noticeboard, €5 cash or pay on EP.
(Please do not take more than 1 token at a time from envelopes as this might leave other players short on the night)

SAD NEWS
Long standing members of the club will have been saddened this week to hear of the passing of Eugene Strong Snr. A true gentleman, Eugene was a family life member of the club and in his day contributed so much both on & off the court.
His most memorable achievement was to be part of the "Dream Team" of the 60's & 70's!!...consisting of Harry Crowe (rip) - Dermot Delaney (rip) - John O'Shea - John Aherne and Frank O'Mahoney...a bond of friendship that lives to this day.
We send our sincere condolences to his wife Jo & family Fiona, Orla, Ciara and Eugene jnr.
May his gentle soul Rest in Peace
