Snippets 23/07/20

After a very competitive 2 weeks tennis, the Finals of the Handicap Tournament will be held on Saturday next 25th....matches start at 11am and will run through the afternoon. Do pop down and support the Finalists...should be exciting viewing. Thanks to Helen & Ciaran for its smooth running, ably assisted by the master of scheduling Anne (Tweedy)!

A reminder that the BBQ is sceduled for 7.30pm...don't forget to bring your own Drink....and an Umbrella!....fingers crossed it won't be needed.  As always Colin Byrne is doing the catering so we should be guaranteed a juicy steak!.. Thanks to Jacqui (Mc Cabe) for organising the event.

It's the turn of the Juniors next week to have their Championships. Adrienne, ably assisted by both Anna & Lucy Schwer, has the draw & schedule sorted and it can be found by clicking on to the following here.

That's it for this week...it's great to see so many people from all age groups getting such enjoyment playing their game of tennis...I'd say we're one of the most active clubs in Dublin!
